PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed with (1-3 business days) after your order is place.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS + RATES
We offer the following shipping options at checkout, rates will be calculated accordingly:

Standard Shipping (37 business days)

Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

Free Shipping on orders over $150 (US only)
Shipping times do not include processing time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
DELAYS + ISSUES
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

Notify us at info@juliealexandraliving.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the package and contents if damaged.

While we cannot make any guarantees of retrieval or correction, we will work with the carrer to try and resolve the issue.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with JULIE ALEXANDRA LIVING! Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to offering limited, discontinued, vintage, curated, or handmade items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Final sales also include GIFT CARDS.
